Jennifer co-founded TDS in 2000 to help organizations increase access to information, streamline processes and transition to digital environments. She has a passion for developing client relationships, along with matching the talents and capabilities of her team to the needs and culture of TDS’ clients. Her goal is to apply best practices and benchmark performance to ensure client operations are enhanced.
Jennifer is involved in various industry associations and supports several non-profit organizations. She also enjoys giving back her time in the community and being a mentor for the students in the Entrepreneur program at her alma mater, James Madison University.
Bill co-founded TDS in 2000 to help organizations increase access to information, streamline processes and transition to digital environments. Concurrently, Bill serves as the CEO of TAB Products, a prominent international records management company.
For over 25 years, Bill has successfully lead records and information management (RIM) initiatives. He strategizes with TDS clients on ways to achieve a substantial ROI while increasing service levels. Bill is a graduate of Northern Illinois University.
For more than 20 years, Dayna has managed national operations for legal clients at TDS. She oversees engagements of all scopes and sizes and is responsible for the recruitment and development of TDS legal specialists. Dayna formulates policies, manages daily operations, and plans the use of materials and human resources for AM 100 firms nationwide. Most notably, she has expertise in law firm mergers and relocations.
Dayna is an original owner at TDS and a native Washingtonian. She is involved in various industry associations and supports several non-profit organizations. Dayna also has a passion for the welfare of animals, specifically programs that connect service dogs with Military Veterans.
Carol Ann is a recognized authority in Records and Information Management (RIM). For over 25 years, she has advised hundreds of clients in highly-regulated environments to design, implement, and optimize records management solutions. She possesses a deep understanding of the unique records challenges faced by the energy sector, and more importantly, how to solve them.
Carol Ann is a frequent industry speaker and has presented at numerous conferences throughout North America. She serves on the Boards of the Mile High Denver Chapter and the Northern Colorado Chapter of ARMA International – the professional association for information governance and records management professionals.
John strategically plans and manages logistics and transportation. He ensures all TDS projects maintain chain-of-custody, privacy and confidentiality provisions throughout all processes. John collaborates with TDS management and supervisory teams to implement and deliver results that exceed our client’s expectations.
Prior to TDS, John was a successful business owner in the insurance industry for eight years.
As Director of Administration, Heidi provides invaluable support for all aspects of TDS’ administrative functions utilizing her diverse array of skills, which include budget development, project management, and human resources. For more than 25 years, outstanding client service has been her focus.
Prior to TDS, Heidi worked in the legal field as a law firm administrator and budget director. Active in the Association of Legal Administrators, she is past president of the Buffalo Chapter of ALA.
